Join us on March 1st for Relief from Grief, a transformative event designed to help you find relief from loss.

The experience begins with Cara Martinisi, a certified Spiritual Life and Grief Coach, who will guide us through sharing our stories, a soothing meditation, expressive movement through JourneyDance*, and a powerful release ritual- writing down what you wish to let go of and symbolically burning it.

Following this, Candice Graciano, a certified Grief Coach and Sound Bath Practitioner, will lead a deeply immersive sound bath, allowing participants to heal, release, and set their intentions through the power of sound. Come as you are, and create space to heal, release, and find peace.
